Our breakfast was warm and inexpensive with cheeses, ham and set menus. The staff were incredibly nice and amicable, they told us about restaurants and bars which were located close to the hotel.

Every visit to Puerto de la Cruz we like to stay here. The location is very central, not far from bus station, jardin beach, many bars and restaurants, and the city centre. Also, Plaza Charco is relatively near the venue. The hotel has the restaurant for a nice meal and happy cafe for cheap good tasting coffee and delicious sandwiches.

The place was clean and relaxing, it had excellent and thoughtful staff in a very efficient manner. The location was excellent and wonderful, so close to Loro Parque as well as didnt want to go home. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Playa de Puerto.

Relaxing place all in all, has fabulous staff during service which I found very reassuring. Rooms are light with a balcony, fresh towels apart from Sunday's, for instance, food is fab. The location is perfect and magnificent, 1 km from a 13.5-hectare zoo. It is also close to restaurants and bars.

The accommodation was intimate, pool was very clean, beds were very comfy. Location: the hotel was short walk to Tenerife, the Town centre and coast, the San Borondon. It took 10 minutes to reach Playa de Puerto on foot.

Incredible base for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. We loved the view of pool. Location close to the beach. They have breakfast, it costs EUR 3 per person per day.
